Arthur D Little appoints two new Partners for Middle East leadership

Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Nitin Arora and Ali Alessandro Ayach as Partners for the Dubai location, effective February 2024.
These leadership appointments aim to bolster the company’s presence in the Middle East region. In his new role, Nitin returns to the company after working for its Austria operations for a year until 2022. He brings over 17 years of management consulting and advisory experience across the UK, Middle East, India, and Austria regions. His core competencies include digital operations and supply chain transformations across multiple industries, including technology, transportation, and telecommunications/ICT. He has previously worked with Strategy& India, Strategy& Middle East, Canopy, and Google in several leadership roles.
On the other hand, Ali brings over 26 years of leadership experience in consulting across corporate and government sectors. He previously served Alvarez & Marsal in the Middle East as a Senior Director. Prior to that, he worked with GE Healthcare and Partners in the UAE as Managing Director, Philips in EMEA as a Senior Consulting Leader, and the Health Authority Dubai Government as the Consulting Manager.
